Photo Entry - Old Water Treatment Plant
The Japanese used to rule Taiwan for a good 50 years and built many of Taiwan's early public infrastructures. This is a water treatment plant that was built by the Japanese to clean the water collected from the near by river, which was then supplied to much of Tainan's households.
