May 21st 2011: Rapture

Not criticing someone's work this time, but this interesting video:

To me this is amazing in many levels.

1. I'm surprised that they are even doing this. Aren't all Japanese converted to robots already?

2. While other societies develop technology to mass produce food/waste, mass destruction of life and the environment, mass degradation of human's physical existence ( obsession of the internet) and blah blah, the Japanese use the wonderful 3D technology to...... guide people to walk in a particular manner? They should probably seek help from New Zealanders to import some of their wonderful and kawaii sheep dogs.

3. How about sending people back to kindergarten? Oh, and before learning how to walk, how about tying the shoe lace in the Japanese way first? You know, with those delicate pointy tipped chop sticks.


After the earthquake and tsunami, the world applaud at Japanese's respect for social order. There was very little looting or misconduct, because bad behaviors like these are based on individualistic and selfish mindsets. In Japan, don't you EVER exist as an individual! If you don't buy a silver car, if you don't separate your thrash according to the recycling scheme, if you don't wait for the light to turn green..... oh man, you are the devil. The entire neighborhood's housewives will be talking bad on you. Shame on you for causing inconvenience for the others! The OTHERS!!!!

Wait who?

In the wild, the savage acts upon the desire to survive. They loot, snatch, occupy, steal.... no respect for the elderly. No sympathy for the young and weak. Survivor of the fittest! So there is no such thing as, ok you have been here a bit longer than I am so you're the boss and my son have to let your son get onto the school bus first just cus.... or else....

In a sophisticated society, the civilized will respect, submit, follow, give. So there's no "fuck my director! What a hypocrite, made me do shitty favors so he can kiss his boss's ass".

So a better world is defined as a place where people walk the way they should. I think I am finally in peace with myself.... oh wait, what the hell am I talking about? There's no me, only "THE OTHERS"!!!!
